MIIT Announcement No. 95 [2024]: Notice on Issuing the "Measures for the Supervision and Inspection of Radio Transmission Equipment"

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has recently released the "Measures for the Supervision and Inspection of Radio Transmission Equipment," which will become effective on September 1 of this year. These measures aim to enhance and standardize the supervision and inspection of radio transmission equipment, mitigate and prevent harmful interference at its source, uphold airwave order, and ensure the smooth operation of various radio services.

The "Measures" are comprised of five chapters: General Provisions, Inspection Content and Requirements, Organization and Implementation of Inspections, Supervision and Management, and Legal Responsibilities, consisting of a total of twenty-nine articles.
